At Brindle Pet Supplies, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair and odors.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
